The Hayloft
Adults only (no children under 12, though babies up to 1 yr in a cot are welcome). Accepts 1 small well-behaved dog at £15.
The Hop Kiln
Family friendly and accepts children of all ages. Accepts up to 2 well-behaved dogs at £15 each.
Check-In
Between 16:00 and 20:00 (Key box available). Earlier or later strictly by prior arrangement.
Check-Out
10:00 a.m. for all properties. Later check-out is strictly by prior arrangement.
Book Online
Deposits & Cancellations
A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking, with the final balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations must be notified to and received by us in writing (preferably by email) and once received we will confirm and process your cancellation request.
We strongly recommend you take out your own travel insurance for UK holidays which covers booking cancellations to give you peace of mind. If you choose not to, you accept responsibility for any loss that you may incur.
Scales of cancellation:
56 or more days prior to start date: 100% refunded to guest
28 – 55 days prior to arrival: 75% refunded to guest
14 – 27 days prior to start date: 40% refunded to guest
Within 13 days prior to start date: No refund
