As you step into the adjacent Kitchen/Dining Room, you'll be struck by the modern and spacious kitchen which features all the latest appliances, including an electric cooker and dishwasher, and boasts a separate Breakfast Bar/working area that is perfect for preparing delicious meals and entertaining guests.
The property also includes a fully equipped Utility cupboard, complete with a washing machine and all the necessary household utility items, ensuring that you have everything you need for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.
Our guests will enjoy both of the beautifully appointed bedrooms. The first-floor circular master bedroom features a magnificent 6’6” emperor bed, ensuring a night of blissful sleep. The separate bathroom, with its elegant design and hand-held shower attachment, offers the perfect space for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Bedroom 2 has a spacious and airy feel leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalised. Featuring a super king 6’ zip and link bed or a pair of 3' beds, this room is perfect for couples or families alike. The Hop Kiln is accessed through a large gate, on to a graveled drive and parking area. The Hop Kiln is surrounded by its own large garden, which is mainly laid to lawn, with shrubs and hedges, providing a sense of privacy and seclusion. The garden is fully fenced or surrounded by stone walls, ensuring a secure area for dogs and young children.
One of the highlights of the outdoor space is the attractive terrace, which features a chimney-style fireplace/barbecue and log storage area. The terrace is well-lit and has electric points, making it the perfect spot for al fresco dining, evening drinks, or simply relaxing in the sunshine. During late spring through to the end of October, the terrace has outside furniture and pots that are beautifully planted with seasonal flowers, adding to the charm and ambience of this stunning outdoor space.
In addition to the terrace, guests have access to their own private tennis court, providing the perfect opportunity to get active and enjoy some friendly competition. With ample parking available, there's plenty of space for you to invite family and friends to join you in this delightful setting.
